By accepting these Terms of Use, you also accept and agree to be bound by the other terms and conditions and TBS policies (including but not limited to Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Notice and Take Down Policy) as may be posted on the Platform from time to time.

For unregistered users
We encourage you to register with us in order to book services on our website or mobile applications (“Apps”) to take advantage of our customization features.
Registered Users
All users who choose to register themselves on our site www.thebicyclestudio.in or Apps will be able to do online transactions with us.
If you register with us, we will collect personal information from you in addition to the non-personal information’s. That personal information may include your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number etc.
Steps related to service availing process:

Cancellation

As a general rule you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the same. If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, TBS shall have a right to charge you cancellation fee of a minimum INR 50 upto the order value, with a right to either not to refund the order value or recover from your subsequent order or by cancelling one of your free service,
We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:

1. in the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us.
2. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking
3. failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery, or
4. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order, or
Refunds


You shall be entitled to a refund only if you pre-pay for your order at the time of placing your order on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
Cancelling your order due to

1. your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones.
2. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking, or
3. you cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered for at the time of booking.

Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding. All refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 7 business days in accordance with the terms.
Delivery of Bicycles must be taken within 1 day of completion or a storage charge of Rs. 50/day will be added to the bill.

Servicing related Information :

1. Pick-up and delivery ( pick up : 10am to 6pm / Delivery by next day)
2. Express Servicing ( same day delivery should be booked before 2pm)
3. Discounted original spare parts ( No spare parts are covered in AMC – only servicing )
4. Coverage : Municipal Corporation Gurugram Area
5. Special area coverage ( Sector 82- 85 Gurugram with additional service charge)
6. Call center service ( No.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
7. Service feedback period: Complain regarding service will not be entertained after 3 days of servicing for complementary checkup (If received upto 1 month after 3 days you have to pay basic transportation cost. Complain after one month will be treated as new servicing )
